Who Is Eligible to Apply?
All CSUs federally designated as HSIs are eligible to apply.
Applications demonstrating strong alignment with the goals of the CSU HSI Community Grants and programming Focus Areas are encouraged to apply. Of additional interest are those proposals committed to cross-collaboration in California, nationally and globally across HSIs and other institutions of higher education (including other CSUs and community colleges), K-12 educational partners, industry partners, orwith community partners.
To be eligible, the primary applying institution must be a federally designatedCSU HSIfor the current year. Partner entities are not required to be designated as HSIs.
