Guru Dass, Employee of the Quarter

Guru graduated from CSUN in Spring 2024 with a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science. He is enthusiastic about addressing environmental issues using GIS technology, and passionate about integrating his geospatial skills with the data analysis techniques. He has worked on several CGST projects such as wildfire risk analysis, digital soil mapping, Elevation-Derived Hydrography, and seafloor mapping. His passion for GIS motivates him to continually seek opportunities to work and contribute to GIS projects. Guru balances multiple tasks effectively and produces high-quality work. He is enthusiastic, shows great attention to detail, and always shows up to meetings ready to contribute with thoughtful questions. Guru, congratulations and thank you for all your hard work!
