Our students find career opportunities in wide-ranging fields, including the legal and medical professions, nonprofit organizations, interpreting and translating services, journalism, advertising, creative and technical writing, human resources, banking, teaching, and countless others.
At the core of who we are in the Humanities is a process of inquiry that leads us to understand both ourselves and others through critical thinking, critical examination and critical analysis.
Emma Carroll, the 2024 College of Humanities Dean’s Scholar, has long been focused on excellence.
