Declaring the Public Health Major

Students interested in declaring the BSPH major must first meet university requirements:

1. Have completed 45 units
2. Have completed the GE basic subjects: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Critical Thinking, and Math.
3. Meet the GPA minimum of 2.2

Once a student has met the requirements above, follow the steps above:

1. Download the major form
2. Make an appointment to see an advisor; bring the major form and a recent copy of your DPR (degree progress report form your CSUN portal)
