What You'll Learn

In your Human Resource Management minor, you will learn how to manage and motivate people in your organization. You will also learn how to balance the needs of different groups within the organization, from customers to employees to managers.

In your elective classes, you can choose to learn about the following topics:

  • Organizational change
  • Leadership in organizations
  • Negotiation and conflict management

You may also receive credit for an approved internship and/or approved independent study.
