Through this program, you will learn how to:

  • Lead teams of engineering professionals in engineering firms
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to take decisions about engineering systems and daily operations in engineering firms
  • Communicate effectively as an engineering manager, including understanding data visualization 
  • Understand entrepreneurship and demonstrate aspects of starting and running a new business or a new division within a larger organization
  • Understand and demonstrate quality management and related concepts
  • Apply quantitative analysis tools/methods to make managerial decisions
