The program is so adept at meeting a child where they are, with attendees from all levels who leave the program with even more passion and talent than they started. And even though the program is only officially offered in the summer, he has made friends he stays in touch with year-round. Eric and the whole team over there have a passion that is infectious. "My first year of TADW was right before I began middle school and my experience with the program opened up a whole world of possibilities! In a huge school with a sea of new faces, a friend who also attended TADW and I started a playwriting club where we wrote an original play, practiced improv (both of which we learned at TADW), and met so many great people. Now, over a year later, we have an amazing friend group that was brought together by that first club we started all thanks to TADW!"
