The Klotz Student Health Center offers CSUN faculty and staff limited augmented services that are designed to support and enhance their healthcare needs. We offer faculty and staff the following services:

Payment of Services
For your convenience, CSUN faculty and staff can now pay online for Klotz Student Health Center Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Travel Clinic, and Registered Dietician visits with the eMarket! To make a payment, please visit the eMarket, identify your service type, and complete the required fields: your full name, staff ID number, email address, date of service, and form of payment (Visa or MasterCard).

Late cancellation/No-show policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the Klotz Student Health Center at (818) 677-3666 by 3:30 pm the business day before your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel appointment, there will be a late cancellation/no-show charge.
Acupuncture and Asian medicine
A licensed acupuncturist provides traditional Asian medicine. Services include acupuncture, cupping, and electro-acupuncture.
A 50-minute appointment is $49. The late cancellation/no-show charge is $25. Please call 818-677-3666, option 1 to schedule an appointment.
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic services focus on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system and their effects on the nervous system and general health. The charge for an initial consultation is $20. Follow-up appointments are $10. The late cancellation/no-show charge is $10. Please call the 818-677-3666, option 1 to schedule an appointment.
Dental Clinic
Basic dental care, including exam, cleaning, x-rays, fillings, crowns and tooth whitening, is available at the SHC. Delta Dental is accepted.

Optometry clinic
Optometry services include eye exams, contact lens fittings and consultations for eye irritation, injury and infection. We also fill glasses and contact lens prescriptions. We have a variety of competitively priced frames available for every budget. Our designer lines may include Coach, Nike, Calvin Klein and many more. If you prefer, you can bring in your own frames and we can replace the lenses for you. The late cancellation/no-show charge is $25 per visit. For more information, please call (818) 677-7250.
Registered Dietitian
A 60-minute consultation is available with the registered dietitian for $25. Please call (818) 677-3666, Option 1 to schedule a telehealth appointment. The late cancellation/no-show charge is $5.
Pharmacy
Over-the-counter medications are available at a low cost. Please call (818) 677-3671 for more information regarding your prescriptions. View the list of our over-the-counter products.
Travel and immunization clinic
Consultation for students, faculty and staff is available for health concerns and recommended immunizations when traveling abroad. Appointments should be scheduled four to six weeks before travel. Please call (818) 677-3666, Option 1 to schedule a telehealth appointment. The consultation charge is $25 per appointment. The late cancellation/no-show charge is $5. Immunizations are also available at a low cost.
