Hello, my name is Keila Medina. I am the Guest Relations and Campus Tours Specialist within the Department of Student Outreach and Recruitment. I received my Bachelor's Degree from CSUN in 2019 with a minor in Child and Adolescent Development. Later, I received my Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University (NYU). As a student at CSUN, I was involved in various clubs and organizations such as New Student Orientation, Delta Zeta sorority, and I was a proud University Ambassador where I provided campus tours to prospective students and guests. It is my honor to now serve as the advisor to the University Ambassador program and train them on how to provide a campus tour and boast about our amazing events and resources for students. I am most passionate about assisting lower-income, first-generation college students. My ultimate goal is to provide students with the confidence and belief that they are worthy and capable of taking up space in the system of higher education.

When I’m not working I enjoy discovering new coffee shops, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
