Hi, my name is Diane Ashley Young and I am the Transfer Success Pathways (TSP) Coordinator. Although I was born in California, I have a long range of southern hospitality stemming from being raised in Louisiana. In 2012 I pursued my dreams by being admitted to California State University, Northridge. Here I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Africana studies, as well as received my Master’s degree in Higher Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (HELP). Being at CSUN as a double matador has strengthened my voice in creating avenues for the next generation of students to succeed in college. I have a passion for travel and I am a foodie at heart.

My role as the TSP Coordinator is to ensure your bridge before CSUN becomes a gateway instead of a barrier. Everything in life is obtainable as long as you can reach it. Whether it is an extra hand, a stepping stool, or just the belief I am here to help you grasp your goal.
