Not Anymore Carryover

Dear Student,

As you know, all California State University, Northridge undergraduate students were instructed to take the Title IX training last year.  The online sexual violence prevention and awareness training program was mandated in order for the university to comply with federal and state laws.

You are receiving this notice because our records indicate that you have not completed the training requirement. As a result, a registration hold has already been placed on your account for Spring 2016.

In order to remove the Spring 2016 registration hold, please complete the Not Anymore training as soon as possible by logging into the myNorthridge Portal, going to the My Checklist pagelet, and selecting the Not Anymore link under Incomplete Tasks.

The deadline for completion is October 28, 2015. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the system to reflect that you have completed the course, so we encourage you to complete this task right away!

Not Anymore was previewed by a number of faculty and students at CSUN and received significantly positive reviews regarding its content, method of information delivery and ease of use. Additionally, California State University has worked with Not Anymore to ensure the security of the system; this new training does not include a survey and does not require you to submit demographic data.

Finally, we understand that, for some individuals, the content of the training may cause particular distress. If you would like to discuss alternatives for fulfilling this training requirement, please contact Katie LaRue, CSUN’s Campus Care Advocate and a confidential resource, at (818) 677-7492.

Sincerely,

Dr. William Watkins
Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students
