Holiday Campus Closure

Welcome to the Sophomore Page

As a Sophomore, you should be working on completing your lower division major requirements. Your Degree Progress Report (DPR) along with the Nazarian College major sheets will help you make progress toward the classes you will need to complete as a junior.
This is also a good time to start exploring your future educational and career goals.  For information on internships and career exploration, please visit the Nazarian College Career Education and Professional Development page or the CSUN Career Center.   For Nazarian College graduate program information, please visit the Graduate Programs in Business page.

The DPR details your progress toward completion of bachelor’s degree requirements. It lists coursework completed at CSUN and other schools from which you submitted official transcripts. It places coursework into CSUN degree requirement sections and identifies requirements you still need to satisfy in order to graduate. Please be sure to bring your current DPR to your advisement session. Please visit How To Guides for Students for information on how to print your DPR.

In addition to completing your major requirements, you must complete your General Education requirements in order to meet your degree requirements. Your DPR will outline your General Education requirements. The requirements are also listed in the CSUN Catalog which may be accessed by visiting CSUN Catalog.

Advisors at the Nazarian College Student Services and EOP Satellite are available to support you to achieve your graduation goals. To meet with an advisor, please call (818) 677-3537.

The Business Honors Program offers free tutoring in a variety of lower and upper division required courses in the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics. For more information, please visit the Business Honors Program website and click on Tutoring.
