This event happens on the second week of fall and spring semester. It offers student clubs and organizations an opportunity to have greater visibility, and publicize their events, early in the fall and spring semesters. New and returning students, faculty, and staff can see the many opportunities for involvement on campus in a centralized, energetic and festive setting! Clubs & Organizations Tabling Fest

This is an opportunity for our student organizations to showcase who they are to the CSUN campus community over several days and provide them the opportunity to gather with other student organizations at a tabling fest on Cleary Walk East and Matador Square Lawn. This event is only for recruitment and information sharing. We hope this event will welcome our students back to campus and assist them in their campus engagement.

Event Dates:

  • Tuesday, February 22
  • Wednesday, February 23
  • Thursday, February 24

Event Time Each Day: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Location: Tables will be positioned along Cleary Walk (in front of the Matador Statue)

  • Check-in begins at 10:00 am with table set-up time to follow (First-Come/First Served). The standby line will be given unclaimed tables beginning at 10:15 am (First-Come/First Served)
  • Have your QR code and proof of health screening ready to show at the check-in table.
  • Once the event ends at 2:00 pm, each table will have 30 minutes for breakdown and clean up.

Social Distancing Protocols:

Each table is separated by 6 feet of space.

A limit of two (2) students can approach a table at one time.

To Reserve Your Club/Organization's Table:

Purchase a ticket on Eventbrite.

  • Select one (1) date and "purchase" a ticket. This is a free event.
  • Make sure to include the club/organization's full name when checking out.
  • Share the QR code with the person(s) tabling during the event if it is different from the person purchasing the ticket.
  • If the event is "sold out" and your club is not able to secure a table, you can join the waitlist via Eventbrite, and/or you can wait in the stand-by line located at the event. A table is not guaranteed for those that join the waitlist the stand-by line.
  • IMPORTANT: If you do not check by 10:15 am on the day of your reservation, you agree to forfeit your table and it will be offered to clubs/organizations in the stand-by line.
