Bookstein Low Income Taxpayer Clinic

The Bookstein Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) provides free representation to low-income taxpayers facing tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

The Bookstein LITC is located on the California State University, Northridge campus, Bookstein Building.  Business Hours: M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Client Screening: All prospective clients are initially screened by the Clinic staff. To begin the screening process, you may submit the screening form online Tax Clinic Screening Form or call our Clinic at 818-677-3688. Hours of operations are M-F 9am-5 pm.
