The Family Focus Resource staff are all parents/caregivers for individuals with disabilities. The similar experiences we share with the families we serve propel us to be creative and work harder to ensure that they feel empowered on this journey. Our staff is all at different stages of their own journey, and our FFRC families appreciate that we are learning with them, and their trust and comfort are at the core of our relationships.
