Mitchell, who also played two seasons of prep basketball, said her dream school is Cal Poly. She is also considering attending Cal State Northridge. Her brother, Cole, is an Oak Park sophomore in soccer and track and field. Their mom, Georgia Mitchell, is the Eagles’ varsity girls’ volleyball head coach.
