La Raza Alumni Association (LRAA) is the oldest and largest Latino alumni group at California State University, Northridge. Organized in 1992, the association's main objectives are to raise much needed funds for the scholarship program, support the Chicana and Chicano Studies Department, and create networking opportunities for alumni and current CSUN students.
Emphasizing the importance of education, LRAA funds its scholarships through a series of fundraising events.
