Alumni Chapters
Join the thousands of graduates who have stayed connected to CSUN through alumni chapters and clubs. These groups provide alumni with a chance to broaden their career networks, build lifelong friendships and give back to their alma mater through service and support. Chapters have their own social activities, networking events, newsletters, scholarships, and mentoring programs to directly benefit the constituency they represent.

Alumni Chapter FAQs
If you are new to Alumni Chapters or are interested in joining one, it's natural to have questions before volunteering.
Policies and Procedures for Chapters
The chartering process for alumni chapters grants recognition by the Alumni Association Board of Directors entitling the group to official CSUN status, use of the University name and campus facilities, event funding, and eligibility for other services and recognitions approved by the CSUN Alumni Association.
How to Start an Alumni Chapter
The Alumni Association offers a broad range of resources to volunteers motivated to assist the university in developing new alumni chapters and clubs. Alumni chapters generally begin with a small group of dedicated graduates with similar interests and support from a campus department, program or region.
