Fall 2025 Hazing Prevention Week Program
The Fall 2025 Hazing Prevention Week Program will take place on the following dates:
- Monday September 29, 2025 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
- Tuesday September 30, 2025 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
The Hazing Prevention Week Program is open to all CSUN students, staff, and faculty.

Attendance Requirements for Fraternity and Sorority Organizations
- Fraternity and sorority organizations are required to send the required number of active members, pledges/new members/potential new members necessary to meet the chapter’s attendance minimum, to maintain good standing with the university.
- Chapters that will not conduct intake during the Fall 2025 semester will only receive attendance credit for active members that attend the hazing prevention program.
- The chapter’s attendance minimum is set using the chapter’s spring 2025 roster or the most recently submitted roster.
- The chapter can submit an updated roster by submitting the FSL Updated Roster—Fall 2025 form, using the provided template.
- The deadline to submit the updated roster is Friday September 19, 2025 at 5:00pm.
- Chapters will receive attendance credit for active members, currently enrolled at CSUN (or a community college) for the fall 2025 semester, listed on the chapter's spring 2025 roster, or updated roster. Chapters will also receive credit for pledges/new members/PNMs listed on the chapter’s Fall 2025 bid list that has been provided to the MIC. MIC staff will verify attendance records against the chapter's roster.
Note: Community college students listed as active members must provide proof of enrollment at a community college.
RSVP FOR COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS
Effective Engagement Expectations for Fraternity and Sorority Members:
- All attendees must arrive on-time
- All attendees are required to be present the entirety of the session in order to receive credit (you may not leave early)
- Attendees should not be participating in distracting activities while in attendance (i.e., sleeping, on the phone, talking, etc.)
