Clearing Browser Cache

If you experience login errors, pages not loading correctly, or outdated content appearing, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issue.
Note: Menu names may vary slightly depending on your browser version
Quick keyboard:
- Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows/Linux)
- Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)
Select:
- Time range → All time
- Check Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
Menu Mouse path:
- Click Menu (three dots) in the top-right.
- Click Settings.
- Select Privacy and security.
- Click Clear or Delete browsing data.
- Choose Time range (All time recommended).
- Check Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.

- Check Cached images and files
- Click Clear now

- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Select Time range (All time recommended).
- Check Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.

Set:
- Time range Everything
- Check Cache
- Click Clear

- Click Menu (three lines) in the top-right.
- Click Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Browsing Data.
- Check Temporary cached files and pages.
- Click Clear.
Option 1: Clear Cache Only
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari → Settings.
- Select Advanced.
- Check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- From the menu bar, click Develop → Empty Caches.
Option 2: Clear Cache + Cookies
- Safari → Settings → Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All.
Option 3: Clear History
- Click History in the menu bar.
- Select Clear History.
- Choose All History.
- Click Clear History.
Note: Some Safari methods clear cookies or website data in addition to cache, which can sign users out of websites.
Google Chrome — Android
- Open Chrome.
- Tap Menu (three dots).
- Tap Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Choose Time range (All time recommended).
- Check Cached images and files.
- Tap Clear data.
Safari — iPhone/iPad (iOS/iPadOS)
- Select Settings
- Select Apps
- Choose Safari
- Select Clear History and Website Data.
Mozilla Firefox — Android
- Open Firefox.
- Tap Menu (three dots).
- Tap Settings → Delete browsing data.
- Check Cache.
- Tap Delete browsing data.
