Letters of Recommendation
Submitting Letters of Recommendation
This letter upload page is only for applications to the CSUN Master of Public Health Program and can receive letters of recommendation for students applying for an:
- MPH in Community Health Education
- MPH in Applied Epidemiology
Only recommenders are allowed to submit letters of recommendation. The recommender must provide an institutional or organizational email not a personal email. This may be used to confirm the validity of the letters of recommendation. Applicants will NOT receive a copy of the letters of recommendation or any scoring data from the recommenders.
You will need:
- The applicants first and last name
- Information about yourself
- Information about how long you have known the applicant and in what capacity
- A letter of recommendation in PDF form on letterhead (See guide below)
- To submit to the link at the base of this page
Please note: a copy of your letter or your evaluation will NOT be provided to the applicant.
- Must be specific to the MPH program at CSUN (addressed to the MPH Admissions Committee)
- Written on official department or institutional letterhead
- Answer the following questions:
- How long and in what capacity do you know the applicant?
- Based on your interactions with the applicant, what are your personal impressions of his/her intellectual capacity, character, professional skills, and ability to do academically succeed and advance their career?
- Provide concrete example(s)
- Submitted directly to the link provided below
