AS Equipment Rentals

REQUEST AS EQUIPMENT

Organizing events on campus requires seamless coordination, reliable equipment, and efficient logistics. AS Productions now offers a comprehensive event equipment rental service that can be tailored to your needs. Our services include equipment rental, delivery, set-up, and post-event clean-up to ensure hassle-free event execution on the planners’ part.

Our services are available to:

  • University departments planning an academic or administrative outdoor event
  • Registered student clubs hosting outdoor meetings, celebrations, and fundraisers
  • Faculty and staff organizing outdoor workshops and networking events.

We offer a wide range of event support services, including:

Equipment Rentals - such as:

  • Photobooth + Props (requires event tech on standby)
  • Bike Barricades
  • Tables (6ft or cocktail table)
  • Table Cloths
  • Chairs
  • Canopy Tents
  • Audio Equipment (Microphones, mixer, speakers, DI boxes, cables, etc.)
  • Staging (One panel is 4ft x 4ft - Max 8 available)
  • Podium
  • Outdoor Lawn Games (Cornhole, Connect 4, Jenga, etc.)
  • Outdoor Lounge Seating (Lounge Chairs, Hammocks, Small Eating Tables)

Delivery & Set-Up, or Pick Up - such as:

  • Timely delivery to event venues on the West side of campus and Central parts of campus [Ex: Sierra Lawn, Library Lawn, Bayramian Lawn, etc.]

    ○ We will not allow AS rented equipment to be used in the University Student Union. To rent equipment in the USU, visit: USU Reservations.

  • On-site assistance to ensure proper functionality.

  • To save on costs, you can pick up equipment at the AS Sustainability Center once confirmed.

We will offer flexible pricing models to accommodate different event sizes and budgets. Our packages include:

  • Basic Package: Equipment rental only [event organizers will need to pick up and drop off equipment]
  • Standard Package: Equipment rental + delivery, set-up, & clean up
  • Premium Package: Equipment rental + delivery, set-up, & clean up + Event tech stays on site to run equipment (audio, photobooth, etc.)
